I am a soulful artist and belly laugher. I love color, deeply value beauty and excellence, and fundamentally believe that we’re all made for abundantly full and vibrant lives. I believe my purpose is to be the fiery oxygen that beckons aliveness and gives hope wings. I live from a well of wonder, justice, and restoration. Professionally, I am a certified coach, floral designer, singer/songwriter, & poet.

My life was radically changed through the practice of professional, somatic, trauma informed coaching. Lark’s Song’s Coach Training Program found me in a dark place in life. Becoming a coach through Lark’s Song kept my heart alive and open when I could have been shut down or built walls.

How?

Because I learned to shift the way I see the world and the people around me. Coaching really is a marvelous profession in that it is entirely oriented around a coaching relationship wherein both coach and client bring their whole selves to the coaching relationship, collectively committing themselves to the client’s agenda.

The result?

Change toward flourishing. What I’m most stunned by is the creative agency & freedom that I realized was mine. My life changed when I started believing in the creative agency I was made for. I just needed some partnership in getting there. I think we all do.

I long for the same freedom and liberation for everyone. I genuinely believe it’s possible for every person to access a posture of wonder and curiosity toward life that enables them to move further and reach deeper than they ever could have dreamed. Enter Papaya Soul.
